The pizza is so good and a great price! And, they deliver!! This was the prefect place to order a lot of pizzas and last minute.

What's not to like about this place. Consistency affordable pizza over the last decade. Fast delivery. They take orders over the phone and will allow you to include anything from their store. They know their regulars. Prompt and courteous service.

We are huge fans of Red Sea's pizza delivery. The staff members on the phone are always courteous and helpful. The pizza is reasonably priced and delivery is on-time. The driver always goes the extra mile to walk the pizza into our school when we do a school delivery. Additionally, the pizza is delicious. The Greek is always the school favorite. Thankful for hard working small businesses like Red Sea.

This is one of our neighbor favorite spot so grab some pizza slice or the whole. Big selection from burgers to sandwiches and so much more. The prices cannot be beat prices for food in SF. The owner is very cool and friendly. We ordered a whole large Hawaiian pizza for 21.99 and was delicious. Give this a try and pick your groceries too. Been eyeing the meat ball sandwich to try next.

Our original lunch schedule got cancelled so ordered some pizza last minute. They were quick and well prepared and reasonably priced

Red Sea never disappoints! I appreciate they still offer delivery. We can order anything on the menu or in stock and pay via credit card over the phone. I went easy this past round but I've gotten beer, chips, etc. before delivered (with proof of valid ID of course). Amazing service and appreciate having them nearby. Yummy Certified!

Located in the cuts of San Jose Ave, there's many of ways of getting here; especially if you work or live in the Mission. I work in the E, so walking distance wasn't that far to get here, like a cool 10 min walk. There's a train that passes through the shop which is convenient if you need to head to Balboa Park station or towards Embarcadero. Was able to get my sandwich and drink, and enjoy my meal at the J stop. I went with the BBQ chicken skewer sandwich which the reviews were saying it was GAS. Had to try it. The guy behind the counter was super chill, and had the slappers playing the store. He was fast and friendly to take my order. He went over the different toppings, and breads to choose from for the sandwich. Went with the classic dutch crunch, mayo, pickles, onions, jalapeños, pesto, and some more toppings on it. Took less than 10 min for the sandwich, and had the game on. Total with a drink was like $12 something? First bite, immediately knew that this was the one. It was indeed, GAS. Especially for a corner spot deli. Every bite I took from this was enjoyable, flavorful, fresh, and did not disappoint. It was an amazing sandwich, and will come back and try the rest of the menu. Maybe the Lamb Gyro is next, and so on with the rest of their menu. After finishing the sandwich, it had me wanting to get another one, but at that point; it was my intrusive thoughts speaking even after I was full, and feeling pretty satisfied. My train had pass thru at right time, and had a great time enjoying that sandwich and environment going back home. Y'all are awesome whoever owns and runs the shop. Keep doing y'all thang. Sandwich was heem.

I want to give Red Sea 5 stars. But in actuality, I would give them 3.5 stars. The reason I want them to have 5 stars is because they're a neighborhood staple and I'm rooting for small neighborhood stores. The reason I would give them 3.5 stars is because well, it's kinda pricey in there (like, almost double what I'd pay at a larger market--but yes, I know I'm paying for convenience). And recently I had a hankering for falafel sandwich, so I ordered one and expressly asked for them to hold the onion. I got home and bit into a nasty-ass raw white onion slice. Which meant I basically had to reach in and pull out all the remaining onion, leaving my fingers smelling awful, and just being annoyed at the sandwich itself. Their pizza is pretty good. The guys who work there are super nice. I want them to stick around.

Me: "I'm not into sandwiches." Also Me: *DRIVES BY RED SEA* "I want me a BBQ Chicken Skewer Sandwich!" Blame it on those phantom preggo cravings! (Not preggo just get the cravings all the time.) Red Sea has been a neighborhood staple for yeeaaaars. It's one of those places that's been collecting dust on my bookmarks. And, I never got around to trying it until Tater Tot's groomer moved across the street. So, while TT's getting his Fur did...I'm smashing faces with Red Sea's BBQ Chicken Skewer Sandwich or their pizza in my car. It's a corner liquor store with all your staples: drinks, liquor, fruits, chips, cookies, candy, fresh flowers, and lotto. AND, they have an extensive menu of pizzas, cold/hot sandwiches, pastas, salads, burger, tri-tip, wings, piroshki, calzones, falafels, etc. Pizza by the slice is only $3 and you can add toppings for 50 cents each. Whole pies; Cheese - 12" Small: $11.95 +$1.35/topping, 14" Medium: $12.95 + $1.55/topping, and 16" Large: $14.95 + $1.85/topping Call in your order for takeout or in-house delivery. Delivery also available via 3rd party apps. They're great with special requests for 1/2 and 1/2 pizza, thinner crust pizza, and extra toasted sandwiches, etc. F O O D * PIZZA: ***Requested thinner crust than the norm -- 1/2 Sussex w/ lamb gyro, red onions & 1/2 Ray's Delight w/ BBQ chicken skewer, bacon (Medium - $20.60): https://bit.ly/3nn08dJ --Sausage & Mushroom (Medium-$16.05): Sorry, no pic. The pizzas were piping hot with a deliciously crunchy chewy crust and plenty of molten, stretchy cheese. The "thinner" crust I requested is thin enough for my preference but sturdy enough to hold up the toppings without sliding or being overly floppy. My fav of the three pizzas is the rich, savory sausage & mushrooms. Next fav is the Sussex...lamb gyro and melty cheese? YAS! Ray's delight was my least fav but only because the chicken was dry. * BBQ Chicken Skewer Sandwich ($6.49 + $1 cheese): https://bit.ly/3js3z1q ***Requested sourdough extra toasted, hold the lettuce. Huge, saucy, and delicious! So, I'm usually not into sandwiches because I find deli meats hella salty. This is not the case with the BBQ chicken skewer which is tender and flavorful with a charbroiled flavor. Not overly salty. Add in the melty provolone or mozzarella cheese, mayo, mustard, tomato, onion, pickles, and jalapeños...and it just hits all the savory, tangy, spicy, and slightly sweet notes. I like requesting extra toasted so the sourdough gets extra crunchy and crackly on the outside. Sometimes, I like adding extra protein ($3.75) just cause and to make two meals out of it. S E R V I C E Super friendly and cool masked staff; everything you expect out of a great local, neighborhood business. P A R K I N G Easy and free street parking for the city. Overall, love Red Sea Market - delicious grub, wallet-friendly, and great service. Very dangerous if I lived within walking distance which isn't a bad thing since you're supporting a small local business!
